At PREPLEX FASHION LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Must be in original packaging

Non-returnable items:

• Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)

• Items purchased on clearance

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for replacement.
